PRIVACY STATEMENT
You are now reading the privacy statement of the PES – Poultry Euthanasia System. There are situations in which your data is collected by the PES. It is good to know what is done with it and how you can indicate your wishes around this data. That is what this statement is about. PURPOSE OF THE DATA
Personal data is collected by us for a number of purposes. These are explained below.
– Contact by telephone
If you contact us by telephone, we will note your name and telephone number.
– Google Analytics
The PES website collects your data in order to improve the website. This is done with Google Analytics. This data is anonymous and therefore not linked to your personal data. Think for example of the duration of your website visit or the pages you visit a lot. All data will only be processed with your permission or for the execution of the agreements entered into.
– Social Media

RECEIVERS
The data that PES receives and processes is managed by:

PES’ email, website and backups are hosted by Antagonist. If you contact us via web form or e-mail, those respective mails and data are stored on their servers.

Cookies are simple small text files that are stored on the hard drive or in the memory of your computer/mobile/tablet. Cookies cannot damage your computer or the files on it. Both we and advertisers and intermediaries can use cookies on our website. Below is an overview of the cookies that we may use ourselves.

– Contacting us
The moment you contact the PES via e-mail, the data you send, such as name, telephone number and e-mail address, will be stored on the mail server. These e-mails will be kept for a maximum of 2 years. If you contact us by phone for an order, pick-up or delivery, we will store the same data, including the delivery address, in our system. This data remains there indefinitely or until you indicate that you want the data removed from our system.
– Analytics
The data Analytics collects on the website is anonymous, i.e. not linked to your name, company or email address. This data is stored indefinitely within Google Analytics.
SECURITY
We take appropriate measures to limit misuse of, and unauthorized access to, your personal data. For example, we ensure that only the necessary people have access to your data, that access to that data is protected and that the security measures are checked regularly. In addition, your visit to our website is protected by an SSL certificate. This means that it is a private connection that you can recognize by the green lock icon in front of the URL.
RIGHTS
You have at all times the right to request your data that is registered with us. If the data is incorrect or has changed you have the right to have this rectified by us.
If you feel that we do not handle your data in the right way you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
